April Beatty is a Policy Research Fellow at MTF. She graduated from Simmons University with a Master in Public Policy and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. Her graduate research focused on labor policy and economic equity, exploring how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workforce and the implications for federal labor protections. She has also interned with the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, the Massachusetts State House, and the New Political Science journal.
