Debbie joined MTF in 2019; she is an experienced and dynamic sales and customer service professional with a passion for developing strong member relations that foster new business growth and brand loyalty.

She is responsible for the on-going growth of the Foundation as well as engaging our large member employers in our key policy issues and monthly member activities. Before joining the Foundation, she spent 14 years working for Associated Industries of Massachusetts as their Membership Manager and then in 2011 promoted to the role of Regional Membership Director in the Central and South-Eastern Region.

She also co-founder the AIM Sustainability Roundtable Series and subsequent, statewide Annual Sustainability Awards program.
