Pablo Suarez is a Senior Researcher and leads the organization's planned research projects in areas of competitiveness, demographics, and workforce. Before joining MTF in 2023, Pablo most recently served as the Director of the Baker-Polito administration’s Constituent Services Office, where he oversaw all incoming and outgoing correspondence to constituent inquiries.

Pablo has a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
