Victoria Bergeron is a Policy Researcher focused on early education policy. Prior to joining MTF in 2024, Victoria spent three years as the Legislative Coordinator for the Massachusetts Teachers Association's Government Relations Division where she worked to support the MTA's legislative agenda, researched education policy issues, and managed relationships with legislative partners.

Victoria has a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Boston University. She lives in Brighton with her husband TJ, and cat Mac.
